Japanese Elecom has descended a charger, powered by a single 9V battery to run their virtual digital audio players. The information regarding the supplied playing time is not apparent, however, to charge the iPod you have to dock the iPod to the connector and hook up a 9V battery on the other end. There is no information with respect to the availability and price yet.
