There is a new PMP player in the market by the Korean manufacturers Cowon named D2 like its earlier model this one is also power-packed and feature-packed. There is a long list of features of this PMP but given below are few of the most important ones.
D2 supports a 2.5-inch LCD with the resolution of 320×240 which can support 16 million colors. There is a SD slot for SD& MMC cards. The player supports following files WMV9, MPEG4 (Movie), MP3, Ogg, WMA, FLAC (music). The storage capacity of the PMP sources say is 2 GB but the higher capacity models are on way. the company says that the PMP can give 45 hours of battery backup for playback and 8 hours for DMB.
The player also has FM tuner, radio recorder, voice/ line-in-record. The product is slated for a mid-November release and the price is yet to be announced.
