If you are a music freak and just can’t get enough of it, then this MP3 player is right up your alley. Cowon’s latest DAP, tagged ‘iAudio 7′ comes with a touted playback time of 60 hours (Wow!)
An upgrade over Cowon’s previous offering i.e. iAudio 6, iAudio 7 offers twice the storage capacity and treble the battery life. While the former device had 4GB of hard-drive memory, iAudio 7 flaunts a flash memory of 8GB. And even though there aren’t any design improvements (iAudio 7 is as thick as its predecessor), the features have been upgraded sufficiently to make us happy.
iAudio 7 is also well equipped on other fronts. A 1.3-inch OLED color display will keep you informed with all the relevant info. Nearly all the music formats are provided for including the less heard about Ogg and FLAC. Then there is a built-in FM tuner and voice recording function. But, the most important feature might well be its unique touch-scroll interface. The battery I was going gaga over just now recharges through door USB.
The device is exclusively announced for Korean markets as of now. This makes us very envious indeed. The price is set at $182 for the 4GB version and $246 for the 8 GB.
